Gear up and get ready to ride!
Join us for an exhilarating training ride in preparation for the Pedal the Cause 2025. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just starting out, there's a course option for everyone! After the ride, hang out with friends, family, and teammates in The Hub STL outdoor space enjoying live music or inside 4 Hands Brewery where ice-cold, Pedal the Cause City Wide will be served!
This event is FREE to all Pedal the Cause participants, but registration is required. You must pick a course to register, but option to change course is available on ride day. On site registration available.

TRAINING RIDE FEATURES:
- Fully Supported Rides: Rest assured, we've got you covered! Our rides come fully supported with SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles, refueling stations, and marked routes. SAG support number available at event.
- Cue Sheets: Don't worry about getting lost. Cue sheets with details will be available onsite to guide you through your journey.
- Free Admission: The training ride is free to Pedal participants with a suggested donation of $10-15.
- Post-Ride Party: Enjoy post-ride live music, yard games, refreshments, food, and a Pedal the Cause City Wide! Donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of food.
