Matching Gifts
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even triple the amount of your gift!
Use our search tool HERE to find out if your employer matches contributions.
The matching gift submission, verification and disbursement process can take an extended period of time and varies by company. Some companies will approve and pay out a matching gift request quickly after the submission date, and others may take up to a year.
It is important for you to find out your company’s matching gift policy and procedures so that you understand when PTC is likely to receive the funds, as this can affect the fundraising commitment of the participant you are supporting.
We encourage you to apply for your matching gift as soon as possible to ensure your funds have the best chance of arriving before the October 31, 2026 fundraising deadline. To see if your company has a matching gift program, click HERE.
NOTE: If your company does not match gifts until after the October 31, 2026 fundraising deadline, notify us at info@pedalthecause.org. It’s possible that these funds will not be received prior to the distribution of PTC dollars to Siteman Cancer Center and therefore will be credited towards the following year’s fundraising commitment.
Matching gifts must be received by Friday, October 31, 2026, in order to count toward a participant’s fundraising commitment for the year.

We encourage you to get creative.
